Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms and Conditions

Trailer Princess LLC ("Trailer Princess", "we" or "us") rents trailers from Leander, TX. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, phone line, text messages and email, and how we use it.

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and, if you ask for delivery, your delivery address.
• Reservation details: the trailer, dates, tow vehicle, notes and rental history.
• Rental documents and photos: your driver's license and proof of insurance, the details on them, and photos of the trailer's condition.
• Payment information: our payment processor, Stripe, handles your card details. We keep payment records, such as amounts and status, but not your full card number.
• Your messages: calls, voicemails, texts and emails you exchange with us, and what you send through our forms.
• Technical information: your IP address and browser details, which we use for security, sign-in and to limit abuse of our forms.

• To answer your questions and take, change or cancel reservations.
• To check rental requirements, hand over and receive trailers, and take payment.
• To send you information about your rental.
• To handle damage, late returns, refunds and disputes.
• To keep our website and records secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our business line is (737) 325-2555. We use it to talk with you about your inquiry or rental. We do not record calls. If you leave a voicemail, it is stored and transcribed into text by our phone provider so that we can respond to it.

What we send: a member of our team may text you from (737) 325-2555 about your inquiry or rental, such as reservation status, pickup and return details, and customer service. We do not send marketing texts.

How you agree: by ticking the "Yes" customer care box on one of our website forms, by asking us to text you, or by texting us first. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of renting a trailer.

Frequency and cost: message frequency varies with your rental. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help: reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (737) 325-2555 or [email protected]. We may still call or email you about an active rental.

Your mobile information: we do not share your mobile opt-in information with anyone, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that handle your mobile number are those needed to deliver our messages, such as our phone provider and mobile carriers.

We use your email address to reply to you, sign you in, and send messages about your reservation, such as confirmations, changes, cancellations and payment details. We do not currently send marketing email. If we start, every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

We share information only as needed with companies that provide services to us:

• Stripe: payments.
• Our phone provider: calls, voicemail and texts.
• Resend: sending email.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Mapbox: measuring the distance to your delivery address.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or property, such as in a damage or theft claim, or as part of selling or reorganizing our business.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage to remember your display theme and keep an unfinished reservation form. Our website analytics, from Cloudflare, do not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

• License and insurance documents and condition photos are deleted about 90 days after your rental's last day. If you rent again and we reuse a document, its 90 days restart from that rental. We may keep something longer if a damage claim or dispute needs it.
• IP address and browser details on sign-in sessions are removed after 90 days.
• Other reservation, payment and message records are kept as long as we need them for our business, tax and legal obligations.

We encrypt phone numbers, addresses, documents and photos stored in our booking system, and we log staff access to them. Requests sent through our website forms reach us by email, which is less protected. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send card numbers or copies of your documents by text or email.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are, and we may keep records that the law or an open rental, payment or claim requires. Texas residents may have other rights under Texas law, and may contact us at the same address to use them.

Renters must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. For a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
